The plasticity of molten glass, making form from a flowing mass, has always fascinated me. Having a chance meeting with one of Seattle’s most well-known glass artists, I seized upon the opportunity to witness a day of creation at Martin Blank Studios.
“The Hot Shop” is an alternate edit using an industrial music track. Much rawer and less polished overall, but still holding its own charm. This was the first generation of the project.
